About the service

Dodano helps interior designers compile project specifications and obtain client approval. Operator of the service: ФОП Ольга Іваненко.

Beta version

The service is provided in beta and is provided "as is". Errors, interruptions and changes to features may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for losses resulting from the inability to use the service.

We recommend regularly exporting important specifications in XLSX or CSV.

Plan

The service is free during beta testing. We will notify you in advance about paid plans; they will not apply without your consent.

Your account

Provide an email address you can access. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email, password and API tokens, and for actions taken from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, revoke the tokens in "Settings" and contact us.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• break the law or infringe other people's rights, including copyright in photos and descriptions;
• attempt to access other people's accounts, projects or data;
• upload malicious code, overload the service with automated requests or bypass rate limits;
• use the extension or import feature for mass automated data collection from websites;
• send spam or misleading content through approval links.

Your content

The data you add belongs to you. You allow us to store and process it only to operate the service. You are responsible for having the right to use the materials you add.

Client approval

A client's decision via the link (approved, rejected, replacement required) is a recorded response with the stated name and time, not a legally verified electronic signature. The service does not verify the client's identity. For legally significant approvals, use a contract or a qualified electronic signature.

Changes and termination

We may change the service and these terms; we will notify you of significant changes on this page or by email. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may restrict or terminate access if these terms are breached. We will notify you in advance if beta testing ends or the service is closed, so that you have time to export your data.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We will try to resolve disputes through negotiation and, if this is unsuccessful, in court in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
